Early Beginnings and Certification

When I embarked on my  yoga journey in the 1990s, I cultivated a deep personal practice long before yoga became widely recognized. Driven by my passion for the discipline, I  pursued my teaching certification during the Covid pandemic, further committing myself to sharing yoga with others.

Experience and Dedication

With more than 20 years of experience, I am a certified yoga teacher devoted to helping individuals connect with their breath, energy, and innate wisdom. The lessons reflect my belief in the transformative power of mindful movement and self-discovery.

Teaching Approach

Sunkissed and Moonkissed Yoga offers classes in both Hatha and Kundalini yoga. The sessions are designed to be accessible and empowering, seamlessly integrating movement, breathwork, meditation, and energy awareness. An environment is created where students can explore and grow at their own pace, ensuring that the practice feels personal and meaningful.

Sound Therapy and Gong Journeys

In addition to traditional yoga practices, I incorporate sound therapy into my classes with gong bath journeys. These elements support deep relaxation and renewal, enhancing the overall experience for students.
